Ingredients:
Cooking Directions: Use large oysters, drained and dried on a cloth. Season oysters with salt, peper, and lemon juice. Roll each oyster in a thin slice of fat, pork bacon. Fasten the bacon to the oyster using a wooden toothpick. Stick two cloves into the fat end of each oyster. Cook in a hot frying pan until the bacon is crisp. Serve on small squares of toast. |
